Wiltshire Music Awards 2026: Stepping Up to a County-Wide Stage

Wiltshire’s vibrant live music community is poised for a significant leap forward in 2026, as the Wiltshire Music Awards announces a transformative new partnership and an expanded vision. The awards, a cornerstone celebration of the county’s grassroots talent, are entering a dynamic new phase under the joint stewardship of seasoned event producers, promising a ceremony of unprecedented scale and production quality.

The cornerstone of this evolution is the appointment of Stone Circle Music Events as both official sponsor and organiser. This South West England-based company, with operational ties to Galway, Ireland, has cultivated a strong reputation for executing large-scale, professionally polished events while maintaining deep community connections. Their involvement signals a major investment in the awards’ infrastructural and creative future. Joining this venture is The Kingston Group, whose addition brings a wealth of complementary industry experience and crucial local insight, creating a partnership designed to amplify the awards’ impact across all corners of Wiltshire.

Enhanced Production and Prestigious Venue

The 2026 ceremony will showcase a clear production upgrade, moving beyond traditional formats. Organisers plan a state-of-the-art audio-visual experience featuring large-format screens, professional multi-camera coverage, and a seasoned compère, all culminating in a headline star performance. A concurrent, county-wide marketing initiative aims to embed the awards within the broader public consciousness, ensuring the celebration resonates with audiences far beyond the core music scene. True to its commitment to geographical inclusion, the event will be hosted at the White Horse View Events Centre on Saturday 26 September 2026. The venue, situated beneath the iconic Westbury White Horse, offers a dramatic setting and can accommodate up to 400 guests at tables, representing a substantial increase in capacity and a more formalised gala atmosphere compared to previous years.

Important Dates and How to Get Involved

The pathway to the 2026 ceremony is now open. Nominations for Wiltshire’s musical talent will be accepted from 1 May to 1 June 2026, providing a focused window for venues, promoters, and the public to put forward their standout local acts and industry contributors.

Organisers are actively recruiting volunteers to help realise their ambition for the county’s biggest-ever grassroots music celebration.
